Equipment Installation & Maintenance

All equipment installation work is carried out in strict accordance with approved construction drawings and installation specifications. The installation process covers equipment positioning, piping connection, electrical wiring, and integrated commissioning of the control system. After installation is completed, we conduct a loaded water linkage trial run and verify, unit by unit, that the operating parameters of each unit align with the design specifications. In terms of maintenance, we implement a preventive maintenance program. We regularly perform chemical cleaning of the membrane system, on-site instrument calibration, consumable replacement, and overall performance evaluations to minimize the risk of unplanned downtime and extend the service life of the equipment.
